The project involves the demolition of an existing TD Bank building and the construction of a new three-story mixed-use development. The project required support of excavation (SOE) and mass excavation to build 18 residential apartment units above three ground-floor retail spaces, along with an enclosed parking garage with 18 dedicated resident spaces.
Ground-floor common areas include a residential lobby, concierge area, fitness room, shared laundry facility, secure resident storage, community lounge, and co-working space. The building exterior features a combination of brick, stone, and stucco veneer with operable and fixed window systems throughout the residential units.
Apartments offer one- and two-bedroom open-concept layouts with 10-foot ceilings and large windows for natural light. Interior finishes include designer kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and luxury vinyl plank flooring, creating a modern residential environment within the Jersey City urban corridor.
