The project entails the demolition of an existing warehouse and single-family structure to accommodate the construction of a new eight-story, 1,139,000 SF mixed-use development featuring70 residential apartment units.

  • Residential Amenities: Concierge service lobby and fitness center.
  • Parking: Automated multi-stacking parking system for 70 vehicles.
  • Rooftop & Outdoor Spaces: Green rooftop gathering area with community terrace, outdoor kitchen, and lawn area.
  • Landscaping & Aesthetic Features: Site landscaping and a distinctive “Live Wall” feature to enhance building aesthetics and sustainability.

Goddard School Warren Twp NJ

Goddard School Warren Twp NJThe project involves thenew construction of a 10,900 SF Goddard School,providing state-of-the-art early childhood education facilities for childrenfrominfants through 5 years old.

 

Scope Of Work: 

 

  • Site Work: Clearing of approximately 1.7 acres and grading.
  • Retaining Wall: Construction of a 14-foot-high, 6,000 SF structural Versa-Lok retaining wall to retain soil and resist lateral earth pressures.
  • Stormwater Management: Installation of a 9,000 CF Storm Brixx underground detention system.
  • Landscaping & Outdoor Amenities: Development of a child play area, landscaped grounds, and outdoor gathering spaces.
  • Parking: Construction of a 37-space parking lot.
  • Building Interior: Classrooms for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, along with a teachers’ lounge and supporting educational spaces.

KPM Exceptional LLC Warehouse Addition

The project involves extensive sitework and tree replacement to mitigate the impact of 200,405 SF of land disturbance, including the planting of 157 replacement trees.

New Construction:

  • Building: A 30,000SF pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) on concrete footings with a structural slab-on-grade.
  • Connection: Concrete ramp linking the new building to the existing 100,000 SF warehouse office facility.

Mechanical, Electrical, and Life Safety Upgrades:

  • Electrical system enhancements
  • Fire sprinkler suppression system
  • Installation of a new Cambridge unit heater
  • High-bay lighting upgrades

This project integrates new industrial construction with site restoration and functional connections to the existing warehouse, providing a safe, code-compliant, and fully operational facility.

St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church

The project involves the complete renovation of a 5,000 SF Gathering Hall, including installation of a custom USG PLANX linear metal ceiling, fabric wall panels, millwork, and upgraded floor finishes.

 

Scope Of Work:

 

  • Mechanical & Electrical: New HVAC system, electrical upgrades, and updated lighting.
  • Life Safety Systems: Installation of a modern fire sprinkler system.
  • Interior Finishes: Custom millwork, custom fabric wall treatments, sheetrock, fascias and soffits, with upgraded flooring.
  • Audio-Visual: Intricate state of the art audio visual display system.
  • Operational Consideration: All construction activities will be performed while the church facility remains fully operational.
