Highland Mills<\/strong> \u2013 1400 sf renovation of an existing building that was originally part of the mortgage division into a working bank branch. The renovations included custom teller stations, renovation of existing drive through, custom finished, night deposit, ATM, new mechanical, digital media, visor consoles and exterior upgrades<\/p>\n

Milton<\/strong> \u2013 Complete gut and interior\/exterior renovation of a 3100 sf branch location. During construction the branch remained open and functional so phasing and sequencing of construction was critical. The renovations included the office additions, new HVAC unit and relocated the ATM from an outside location to inside the branch. Exterior renovations were made to the parking lot and traffic pattern.<\/p>\n

Wanaque<\/strong> \u2013 Interior repairs to the 2600 sf banking branch location consisting of extensive structural floor support, shoring and new floor finishes while the branch remained opened and functional. This required extensive off hour and weekend work to accommodate the owners banking operations be undisturbed.<\/p>\n

Oak Ridge Office Expansion<\/strong> \u2013 Total gut and interior fit up of a 5000 sf office. This location is currently under construction.
